About the Practice
At Hulda Counseling, we believe that meaningful change begins with self-understanding. Life can bring difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences that leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about the path ahead. Hulda Counseling is named in honor of my late grandmother, Hulda, whose life embodied compassion, strength, and care for others. While every therapeutic relationship is unique, the spirit of warmth, love, and humor that she carried continues to inspire this practice. In many ways, her essence lives on through the work we do: creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
